GEZZI.ai picks up the moment a customer messages — answering what they actually ask about price, stock and opening hours, sending a mobile money request when they are ready to buy, and passing the conversation to a person the moment it needs one. It is not finished, and we are testing it with a small number of businesses first.

Most messages a business gets on WhatsApp are the same handful of questions. Is it in stock. How much. Are you open. Where are you. Do you deliver. Answering them takes all day and none of them need a person.
GEZZI.ai handles those from your own catalogue, prices and opening hours — and when the answer is yes, it sends the payment request there and then, while the customer is still in the conversation. It stops when something needs judgement, handing over to your team with the history attached.
It connects to the WhatsApp Business number your customers already message. Nothing changes on their side, and nobody has to install anything.
Prices, stock lines, opening hours, delivery areas, and how you talk. Not a generic chatbot script — your answers, in your wording.
When a customer says yes, it issues a mobile money request for the exact item and amount — in the same conversation, before they lose interest.
The two rails your customers already use. The link opens their usual mobile money prompt — no card, no bank app, no new account to create.
Every paid order gets a number and a receipt, and lands in one list against the conversation that produced it. No more matching payments to chats by hand.
Complaints, negotiations, credit, anything it is unsure about — it hands over to a named person rather than guessing.
Name, number and what they asked for, in one list. The enquiries that used to vanish into a busy inbox stop vanishing.
Customers message in the evening and at the weekend. It answers what it can and queues the rest for Monday morning.
Handling messages in Luganda and mixed English is part of what this beta exists to test. Tell us which languages matter to you.
An assistant that will say anything is worse than no assistant at all. These limits are deliberate, and none of them are configurable by the model — only by you.
No broadcasts, no campaigns, no “just checking in”. GEZZI.ai only ever replies to someone who messaged you. Your number does not become a marketing channel.
If the answer isn’t in the catalogue you gave us, it says it will check and passes the question to a person. It does not guess, and it does not round up.
Haggling is a judgement call about a relationship. It hands those straight over, with the conversation so far attached.
You set the largest amount it may request on its own. Above that, a person confirms before anything is sent.
An unhappy customer gets a person, immediately. Nothing costs more goodwill than a bot apologising in a loop.
Replies are signed by GEZZI.ai, and the moment a person takes over, the customer is told. Nobody finds out afterwards that they were talking to software.
Tell us what your business sells and what people usually ask. We are looking for a spread of business types, not the biggest names.
We link your WhatsApp Business number and load your catalogue, prices and hours. Nothing goes live until you have read the answers.
For the first stretch it drafts replies for your team to approve, so you can see how it behaves before it speaks to anyone unsupervised.
When the drafts are consistently right, you let it answer directly — and you can put it back into shadow mode at any point.
This is a working product being tested with real customers, not a finished one. It will get things wrong, it will change while you are using it, and some of what you ask for will not exist yet.
In exchange, you help decide what it becomes. That trade only works if both sides are clear about it, so here it is in full.
You are considering letting software talk to your customers and ask them for money. These are the right questions to ask, and we would rather answer them here than after you have signed something.
Your team, and our engineers when you report a problem that needs looking at. We do not sell message content, we do not share it with other businesses, and we do not use your conversations to train a model that anyone else benefits from.
It answers from the catalogue you give us, so a wrong answer almost always means an out-of-date catalogue. That is what shadow mode is for — it drafts and your team approves until you trust it. You also set a ceiling above which a person must confirm before anything is quoted or charged.
Into your own mobile money merchant account, in your business name. We generate the payment request; the funds move between your customer and you. We never hold your money, and we are not a party to the transaction.
Immediately, and from your phone. You can also drop it back to shadow mode rather than switching it off entirely, which is usually the better move if it has started answering something badly.
You export your conversations, contacts and orders, and we delete our copy on request. There is no exit fee and no notice period during the beta. Your WhatsApp number was always yours — disconnecting us does not affect it.
English is solid. Luganda and the mixed English people actually type are in testing, and are a large part of why this beta exists. If your customers message you in a particular way, tell us on the application — it affects who we take on.
We tell you before anything changes, and you see a price before you are ever asked to pay one. If it is not worth it to you, you export your data and go, and nothing switches off without warning.
Places are limited and we read every request. If there is no room right now we will say so rather than leaving you waiting, and we will come back when one opens.
